CRN provides wireless products and services specifically for the security industry in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. With over 2,000 base stations, we maintain coverage to more than 97 percent of the nation's Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) and extend service to 99 percent of the 500 most populated U.S. cities, touching more than 220 million people The security industry is our ONLY business and therefore we are a company dedicated to bringing the latest state-of-the-art products and services to our nationwide network of distributors and resellers.
We supply wireless two-way digital subscriber radios that send alarm messages to our Network Operations Center. Routine subscriber messages allow the CRN Network Operations Center to supervise these units. In the absence of these routine messages, the Network Operations Center relays the appropriate trouble message to the central station/alarm dealer for service. Alarm messages are immediately sent to the appropriate central station/dealer for dispatch to the proper agency.
